What do you need help with?
Our accommodation is available exclusively to 2027 Ryder Cup ticket holders.
No. The Official Ryder Cup Campsite provides accommodation only. Tickets must be have been secured separately. Fans can currently apply for Ryder Cup tickets via the ballot at https://tickets.rydercupeurope....
Pedestrian access to the course is provided via a dedicated route from the campsite. Full details will be sent in your pre-arrival pack.
Each package includes different features. Browse the package details on our booking page to see exactly what's included with your chosen tent. Click "Details" on any tent to open a handy pop-up showing exactly what's included, along with dimensions and other key information.
Toilets, showers, pamper facilities, charging points, live entertainment and our fantastic service come as standard. You'll also have access to our onsite bar and entertainment area — the perfect place to relax and soak up the atmosphere between rounds.

Changes can be made subject to availability. We are unable to make amendments to orders within 12 weeks of the event.
We try to accommodate requests where we can so please email customerservice@officialrydercupcampsite.com or use our contact form to fill in the correct information.
There may be a fee which you need to pay for any alterations.
You can - only if you purchase the same product. I.e. 4 Person Super Deluxe Bell and a 4 Person Standard Tent will not be together but both 2 Person Super Deluxe Bells would be.
You also need to ensure the GROUP NAME is EXACTLY the same. You will need to enter the group name as a part of the checkout process
N.B We cannot group a new order placed within 12 weeks of the festival with an existing order.
Our refund policy is clearly outlined in our T&Cs (please see the footer of this page).
Unfortunately, all the pitches are already electronically allocated before Pink Moon arrives on-site, and we cannot manually alter the site plan. We are unable to meet special requests such as a position in the row or nearer the facilities.
Guests can, however, be pitched next to friends in the same size and tent type as long as they enter the same group name during the booking process. Please note this facility is only available until approx. 12 weeks before the event. We can only put you next to each other, not opposite.
Accessible guests ( must have a valid Nimbus Card), email customerservice@officialrydercupcampsite.com, should you have a special request, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. We must be made aware no later than 12 weeks before the event.
Yes. Our packages are sold as two-night stays or weekly, but you can combine packages by checking out twice — once for each. For example, to stay Friday through Sunday, book the Friday & Saturday package first, then return and book the Sunday package.
Check-in times are confirmed in your booking confirmation. Please check the events page for the night you booked.
Unfortunately we're unable to store luggage before check-in. Please plan your arrival to coincide with your check-in time.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM on your final morning, as confirmed in your booking.
No. Parking is a paid add-on and can be added at checkout. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early.
Subject to availability, you may be able to add parking after booking - log in to your account and click the add extras button.
Please make sure you are checking out using the same email address you used to purchase your Official Ryder Cup tickets. Your ticket order number is linked to that email address, and using a different one will prevent it from validating at checkout.
If you have confirmed you are using the correct email address and your booking reference is still not working, please email customerservice@officialrydercupcampsite.com with:
- Your name
- The email address used to purchase your Ryder Cup tickets
- Your Ryder Cup ticket order number
Our team will check this for you and get you back on track as quickly as possible.
Our accommodation is available exclusively to confirmed Ryder Cup ticket holders. To book with us, you'll need a valid ticket secured through the official Ryder Cup ballot at rydercup.com.
Yes — we want all guests to enjoy their stay with us, and we'll do everything we reasonably can to support accessibility requirements.
If you or anyone in your group has accessibility needs, please email customerservice@officialrydercupcampsite.com as soon as possible after booking. In your email, please include:
- Your booking reference
- The name of the guest(s) requiring support
- Details of the accessibility need or any adjustments you may require
- Confirmation that the guest holds a valid Nimbus Access Card
We will work with you to understand your needs and confirm what we can offer ahead of your stay. The earlier you let us know, the more we can do to make sure everything is in place for your arrival.

No. All accommodation on site is pre-booked through the Official Ryder Cup Campsite. You can't bring or pitch your own tent.
