Before You Arrive

Accommodation at the campsite is available exclusively to Ryder Cup ticket holders. To complete your booking, you will need to provide your Ryder Cup ticket order number. Please ensure you have received your confirmation and order number before proceeding, as this will be required at checkout to reserve your tent.

Check-in and check-out times vary by event. Please visit your specific event page for full details.

Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day throughout your stay — whatever you need, whenever you need it.

Please note: dogs are not permitted on site.

If you are booking separately but want to guarantee a spot next to your friends, you need to book the same product and add exactly the same group name.

Make sure to add your group name before the cut-off date; this is 12 weeks before the event!

All cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions.

You can choose to pay 100% at the point of purchase or in 2 instalments - 50% when you buy and 50% due 12 weeks before the event.

The 2 instalment option is available only up to 12 weeks before the event.

You will receive payment reminders from 12 weeks before the event. Please log in to your account to make your final payment. We do not take automatic payments.

Parking for the campsite is located adjacent to the campsite site, just a short walk from your tent. Please add parking to your booking before you check out.
